Welcome to Shift (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at www.shiftprofessional.com and any digital products, courses, content, materials, and related services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services include digital educational content, online courses, downloadable materials, and related resources intended solely for informational and educational purposes. The Services do not provide professional, legal, financial, medical, or career placement advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to access or purchase the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

All purchases grant you access to digital content delivered electronically. Access is provided immediately upon successful payment unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including content availability, without liability.

All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, worksheets, and branding, is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Share, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or exploit the content
   
• Record, copy, or redistribute course materials
   
• Provide access to any third party
   

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

You agree not to use the Services in a manner that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
   
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
   
• Harasses, abuses, or harms others
   
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or content
   

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The Services are provided for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, employment, promotions, income, or performance.

Your success depends on your own effort, experience, and circumstances. You are solely responsible for how you apply any information obtained through the Services.

 We offer a limited refund window under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days of purchase AND the purchaser must have completed no more than ten percent (10%) of the course content.

Both conditions must be met to qualify for a refund.

To request a refund, email alexis@shiftprofessional with your purchase details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

The Services may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms or tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within Illinois.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
